"Never any contact with a doctor"

111 advised me to see the gp as i had a foreign body in my leg.

Required antibiotics due to infection but was signed off without ever speaking to a doctor, just sent a perscription, ignoring the fact that they should have seen me and then sent me for a ultrasound. Why would a GP close a case when they have not dealt with the issue.

Also a week before my daughter was sent to an out of hours service due to lymph node glands in neck, appointment was booked by out of hours for an appointment with our GP for the same week. This was not done then given by the GPs and we had to chase. Left on hold for 20 mins, then told we would get a call back, which did not happen. Ended up going in to chase up and then being told they could not help and go to A + E.

There seems to be no duty of care.
