(as a carer),

I just wanted to make you aware how grateful I am for the care my mum received before and during her CT Scan.

Before her scan, she received a letter from Appointments, Medical Imaging Department which was extremely detailed and clear. Please pass on my thanks to whoever wrote the original of this letter. I wasn't able to accompany my mum further than the door of the CTPOD, but I did see the care, patience and understanding which Rebecca showed my mum after the scan. Please pass on my thanks.

Thank-you for taking the time to let us know how good your Mum's experience was at the CT pod. It is good to know that our appointment letter has sufficient information for the patient and their family. The staff always take great pride in making sure that the patient receives a good service & experience. I will make sure that your experience is passed onto the CT staff and Rebecca.
