Today is the 7th May, the next face to face appointment is 26th June. Even a telephone appointment is late June.

This is the norm for the practice. The waiting room is mostly empty yet.

The issue seems to be getting worse. Getting a GP appointment (with an actual GP) within realistic timeframes is so much harder than it should be.

Please improve this, peoples' health and wellbeing are being impacted.

Thank you for your comment, and I am sorry that there is a delay for routine face to face appointments. You may be aware that due to some changes in our GPs, and challenges to recruitment, we have warned patients recently that there will be a longer than normal delay. You are welcome to contact our team or check for appointments on the NHSapp regularly, as we are releasing more appointments as and when we are able to book locum GPs. In addition, if you have a medical need that is clinically urgent for the day, please do call the surgery and our Patient Navigators will be happy to help direct you to the most appropriate service.
