Tried the Patches system at 8am connected straight away. Really liked the questions and the amount of space to enable a more detailed response. This is much better than the old system when you didn’t have time to be specific with different symptoms. The more information you input must help practitioners prioritise the most urgent cases.

I received a message confirming I would be contacted the same day and within 45 minutes a doctor rang me and made an appointment for the following day. I don’t think you can expect better service than that.
