Cannot get intouch about non urgent needs. The contact phone line implores users to use the NHS app or the surgery website to book apps and communicate, leaving the phone lines clear. But the online methods are turned off for much of the day, you can only get intouch in their office hours. This is a contradictory backwards step. It seems they are managing the workload by shutting down communication. Please please use our website, but we have turned it off. What nonsense.
