"Helpful and Friendly"

I had a concern about whether my stitches from a recent skin biopsy surgery, which took place at another medical practice, were infected. I contacted the medical practice around midday and after a short 5 minute wait was able to speak to a member of the reception team who said they would call back later. The team called back ~40 mins later confirming an appointment for that afternoon. At the appointment itself, the practitioners I saw were helpful and friendly. Overall, I appreciated that the team had been able to squeeze in an appointment at short notice.
