I have recently had a hip operation and the physiotherapy that I have received has been very encouraging, but firm at time when they emphasise how important it is.
It's been very helpful as they have shown me what exercises I need to do, and correcting me when needed.
The Physio is Kaldeep, and another member of staff came out with her too (I think it was her boss).
