The team that came to my husband were brilliant, professional, caring, efficient and happy can't say anything more. Delighted with care, husband had fall in the middle of night, called ambulance then came under Frailty UCR & Hospital at home team. Everyone of them so caring, especially Jamie and Jenny, cannot say more.
