"I didn't have an appointment"

About: Victoria Hospital / Colorectal Unit

(as a service user),

I have stoma and I had a problem with it over the Bank holiday weekend. I contacted Ward 44 and they gave me some extra bags. On the Tuesday I went to see the Colorectal Nurse who sorted me right out. I didn't have an appointment and Lyndsay was so busy - she was the only nurse on - but she still fitted me in, which was amazing. Thank you.

Hello wearingdf64,

Thank you so very much for taking the time to post this lovely message. It is very much appreciated.

I have passed your thank you on to Lyndsay and made her aware of your post.

Lyndsay is a very hard working Nurse and she will be delighted to know her help was appreciated.

If you have any further issues please do not hesitate to contact the Stoma Nurses for further support.
