"Great practice "

Myself and my partner recently moved to Great Baddow Surgery in which the experience we have received has been very different to any we have experienced before. The moment you walk into the surgery, you are greeted with smiles and the whole team are dedicated to helping you. They go above and beyond and no question or task is too much. I had an appointment with a GP at this surgery who recognised quickly my deterioration in health and listened thoroughly to my previous experiences and symptoms. At a time when I was very scared and unwell, this GP showed compassion and care, sending me to hospital immediately to receive the care I needed and prevented serious consequences. Since being discharged from hospital, the GP has checked in with me and I feel reassured that I will continue to be under their great care. I am so incredibly grateful for this surgery and the kindness I have received. Thank you.
