"Found Staff Rude and Aggressive"

(as a service user),

Many staff seemed to spend all their time scrolling through their phones in the office.  I had three members of staff pray out loud for Jesus to deliver me without my consent. Staff rude and aggressive. 

I tried- and still try- not to think about the months I spent there. Then I saw a news article about it and ended up ringing the Samaritans in tears and telling them what happened. 

I did not meet any member of staff who I felt was fit to do their job.
