"Appointment at ACU Kardia device"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Cardiac Unit

(as the patient),

Called promptly for my appointment. Carolyn introduced herself and explained what was going to happen. I was a little uncertain about using this device and was warmly reassured, we went through everything clearly and I had a practice at taking a reading and emailing it through to hospital. I felt relieved and confident about using this device. A professional, reassuring and friendly member of staff. Thank you.
