At the start of January 2014 I had a same day referral from my gp to the ENT walk in clinic and I cannot fault the service I got. I had quite a wait due to the fact that it was the emergency clinic but the doctor was very sympathetic and went out of his way to treat me. I had several follow up appointments with were much more timely and the staff were great on all occasions.
