I attended the ‘70s’ wards at Princess Royal Maternity. From start to finish I received wonderful care. On admission the nurse was wonderful and caring, and made me feel at ease. The anaesthetist and obstetrician then visited and reassured me. I felt like information was conveyed in an easy to understand and caring manner. The theatre assistant had excellent chat, again very reassuring. The whole team worked well together with care and compassion, a touch of humour added in which was good. Recovery and the ward afterwards was a good experience all round and I am very thankful and grateful for the care I received.
Everything went to plan. It was a surreal and positive experience. Thank you!
