Recently had PRP injection under care of Mr Dobson. Every one at the hospital - from the lady in the reception who directed me to the unit, the lady who initially clerked me in, and every nurse involved in my care - put me at ease.
The environment was clean, the system efficient .Theatre staff 10/10 reassuring me as I was a little nervous, This was NHS care at its best, well done to you all and thank you.
