The nurse was lovely. She was funny, kind and caring and got the job done quickly and effectively putting me at ease.
A great experience from something that was going to be an anxious experience for me.

The doctor is my usual sexual health doctor who is always helpful and professional.
The other three in reception where good too.
I think good staff need recognition especially in public sector roles where it can be over looked.
