"Best GP I’ve been with "

Having been registered at several GPs over the years (due to change of location) New Southgate has definitely provided the best care for me. Using the patches system is very straight forward and efficient, which means no having to wait on hold to reception when it’s much simpler and quicker to fill out the patches query. Requests are dealt with extremely quickly, I can request a repeat prescription and it is responded to within the hour. Alongside this, this is the first time in 28 years that I feel my issues are being listened to and thoroughly investigated, not just being pushed aside as “normal issues for a woman”, it’s fantastic to feel heard by my GP and trust I may just receive the right care I have been waiting all this time for. Could not recommend the practice enough.
