The Dr as always, was empathetic and caring. She listened to me well and showed compassion towards my difficulties and offered appropriate solutions and a plan moving forward. I have had encounters with a few of the GP’s at this surgery and I cannot complain about any of them. They are equally as described above. Equally, the reception staff be it in person or on the phone do their best to orchestrate my needs.
