"Terrible appointment system "

I’ve been struggling badly with breathing problems for weeks but am finding it impossible to navigate the system to get an appointment. I’m reasonably internet savvy, but the number of passwords necessary and the combination of GP app and NHS APP make it very difficult, especially when you’re not feeling great to start with. Every time I try to navigate the online form, it has eventually failed and then when I try the phone, I just get a recorded message saying all appointments are gone. Nothing is helped by the fact that even the online form only seems to be available during surgery hours. Why? Losing the will to live doesn’t even start to cut it. Maybe that’s the point?
