"Horrendous "

I recently visited this doctor, and I'm incredibly disappointed with the care I received. I felt completely dismissed when I brought up my mental health concerns; it was like they didn't even consider it relevant. On top of that, I was convinced my baby had reflux, but the doctor brushed it off, acting like I was just being an overanxious parent and that I needed to get on with it because babies cry. It was a truly invalidating experience, and I left feeling unheard and unsupported. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone, especially new parents who need compassionate and understanding care. When I went to my six week check up, they didn’t check my stiches after birth and weighed the baby with a wet nappy on. We ended up in an and e to be told my baby does have reflux and is underweight. I feel this doctors is wasting an and e time as if they listened in the first place we would have been supported correctly. They said they referred us to a paediatrician but actually didn’t. I do question how they have support us at all postpartum. It is disgusting. If only there was an ofsted for doctors because severnfields would certainly be inadequate
