"Excellent care from start to finish"

About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Admissions Unit 2 (Emergency Surgical) Victoria Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

From attending A&E to being admitted to Ward 44 for just over a month, I cannot fault the care I received by every single member of staff I met.

A&E and Admissions Unit 2 staff were so kind and I was so impressed with how quickly I was triaged, had tests and scans then had treatment started.

The staff on Ward 44 were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and I felt so well taken care of. I felt as though I was listened to and could ask questions, and every aspect of my treatment was explained to me.

Upon discharge, follow up treatment has been extremely well organised and communication excellent. Thank you so much for making an otherwise difficult time more bearable.

Thank you very much for taking the time to give the Emergency Department some lovely positive feedback.

We are working hard to reduce our triage time so this is positive news. I hope you are keeping well and on the road to full recovery.
