I attended PPG's endoscopy service at King George's Hospital, Redbridge at my appointed time and was booked in, seen and discharged all within 2 hours, with a copy of my discharge summary report. All staff were professional, polite, friendly and happy to answer my questions. Thank you for such a speedy referral to being seen service and for providing the reassurance that I was seeking.
