"Vascular Team"

My mum had an appointment with Mr. Hardy, Vascular Consultant.  She has advanced dementia and myself and my daughter took her to the appointment. 

Mr Hardy took the time to listen and then explain, both of which he did acknowledging myself, but equally my daughter.  It was so nice that he included her in the process, asking her if she had any questions.  

I'd also like to thank the nurse, Amanda, who took great care in both helping with my mum but also re-dressing her foot which wasn't a pretty sight. 

I was actually dreading getting her to the appointment but it was actually ok.  Even drop off and parking was uneventful.
