"My mum broke her wrist"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as a relative),

My mum was sent to RAH to have a cast removed and another put back on as it wasn't setting the way it should have,

Mr Kabeel was excellent and made my mum feel at ease as she was scared of getting jags ,also there was 2 staff nurses who were very caring and nothing was a problem ,one of the nurses kept reassuring my mum which  was appreciated as she was very nervous.

Thank you to Mr Kabeel and the 2 nurses for your excellent care, was very appreciated from myself and my family.

Dear flutegh35

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely feedback about your mum’s recent visit to the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

We’re so pleased to hear that Mr Kabeel and the nursing staff provided such excellent care and reassurance during what was clearly a very anxious time for your mum. It’s heartening to know that their professionalism, kindness, and calming presence helped put her at ease.

We will ensure your kind words are passed on to Mr Kabeel and the two nurses involved—they will be truly touched to know their care made such a difference to both your mum and your family.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We wish your mum a smooth and steady recovery.

Kind regards

Kevin
