Attended pulmonary rehab exercise classes for eight weeks found the classes very helpful and was well informed how to manage my breathing, I feel that doing the classes in a group very helpful as everyone had the same problem and we could communicate as we understood each others problems, I found the whole experience enjoyable, interesting and educational.
