Contacted GP service for cholestrol blood test - first appointment offered was 4 weeks from request on 28.4.2025. Test results received very quickly within 2 days which advised the result was high and pharmacy service (Suvera) would br in contact me with. One week later no contact received,s contacted GP office and given number for Suvera. I phoned Suvera and was told they don't have any details for me but would contact the surgery. Within a few hours I received a text with a telephone call appointment for 2.6.2025 ie a further 4 weeks delay. I have no idea who I will be speaking to or what their qualifucations and capability will be. The extremely slow, delayed and disjointed service is not beneficial to patients nor is it effective or efficient.
"Very drawn out slow service."
