I suffer from COPD and struggled with day to day living, I attended pulmonary rehabilitation to see if I was ok to do there exercise program which lasts 8 weeks, I couldn't manage the first time as I was on the wrong inhalers which the nurse told me and got me sorted on the right inhalers and them came back and done the exercise test again which is to walk 50m in 6 minutes which I just managed so I was ok to join the pulmonary rehabilitation classes at the qeuh Glasgow, I attended every Wednesday at 1 o'clock and struggled with the exercises on the first week, as the weeks went on we done more exercises and they became easier, after the 8 weeks I really feel the benefit of the exercises as I have a better quality of life I can walk further and quicker I can do alot more I feel better in myself and more confident.
My 2 physiotherapists Doreen and Debbie were magnificent and very informative and friendly and made coming to the group fun.
"Very informative and friendly"
