"They are brilliant at what they do"

I recently had another MRI as I’ve been very unwell and my Consultant is trying to get to the bottom of what is going on with my bowel issues.

I met the lovely Annette again, who works at the MRI department in the Western, who reassured me and helped me get through my scan again. Annette was also brilliant last time I had a Gynae MRI in helping me get through the scan as I suffer from claustrophobia and she was just as brilliant this time with her friendly, supportive encouragement. 

I can’t tell you how much Annette and Ellen the Radiographer (who did my MRI and reassured me also) make such a difference when you have anxiety, they are brilliant at what they do and are angels.

The staff in the MRI department/Imaging department are all so good with patients and patient with people who get a little anxious, they really are a credit to our NHS.

Thank you so much again Annette for your encouragement, chats and support, and to Ellen for her kind words too, and for both getting me through the scan. I really appreciate it more than you will know.
