After having a sore throat and chest cough, possibly from kissing or packed train journeys, a couple of weeks ago, I had a general check up, blood test, throat and urethra swabs.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
