As a family we have ongoing physical and mental health issues. Stokenchurch Medical Centre continue to be of the highest quality services that we need to work with to ensure wellbeing and clinical treatment.

The online booking service is fantastic, easy to use and asks relevant questions to ensure that my need is directed to the right person in the service.  The response to the online portal, despite it stating that enquiries will be dealt with within 72 hours, it is always within 24 hours, and in most cases it is within only a few hours of submission.

The ability to contact the service via telephone is responsive, and the call handlers are professional, patient and do all that they can to ensure that by the end of the call any issues are dealt with promptly.

I feel incredibly lucky that this is my local healthcare service, and thank you to all of the team for the work that you do.
