"A practice I appreciate and value"

I wish to commend the team at Westbourne Medical Centre. Their thoroughness and care is superb. I'm blessed with robust good health, but not wishing to be the "silly old clot who should have asked to be checked out but didn't" I began with an online query a couple of months back about something that I realised was becoming a slight concern for me.

Led by my named GP, I have been taken through a series of appointments, tests and checks that have involved a number of practice staff and ultimately provided reassurance of my continued excellent health, for which I'm massively grateful.

I'm struck by how every person with whom I've interacted has made me feel totally at ease, communicated really clearly by message, phone and in person, and gone about their roles in the most gracious, friendly and professional manner.

Thank you to the team, both clinical and non-clinical, and I happily look forward to being on the Westbourne Medical Centre patient list for many many years to come.
