"They can't accommodate for some needs"

About: Groby Road Medical Centre (Id Patchett)

If you have any barriers that make it difficult to make appointments they can't accommodate for you. So if you have extra needs like fear of GP, agoraphobia, dementia, anything that's going to mean they need to make extra efforts so you can get care, I wouldn't join here because you won't get treatment. I became anxious about the surgery and the Dr and it's very difficult to get around this. I heard some surgery have a service for vulnerable people or people who have difficulty engaging where they call and check in every couple months see if you need help. It would be good if the surgery did something like this.
