About: The South Lambeth Rd Practice

So this has been ongoing for a couple of years for me.

So since covid everything moved to a online consultantation and you are told yeah doctor will call between this time and this time however it never happens.

So yesterday I called to book a telephone appointment to discuss my results of a recent test, and I told then when booking i could only do they morning and they said yeah that fine, you are booked in to talk the doctor between 10:30 and 11:30 to then spend 10 mins on the phone at 1135 to find out what the he'll is happening to only have the phone picked up and hung up on me. so I call again which a another 10 mins wait to be told oh the dr moved your appointment to afternoon despite it now not working for me, but no communication that this is happened and then to get told by the receptionist oh we don't send messages to inform patients that there appointments have moved, but the hospital manage todo it or they give you a call, because the afternoon doesn't work for me due to my actual job.

So they really need to improve there communication with their patients as I have been with practice since I was a baby and the last 5 years has been the worse customer service going.
