(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would like to say a special thanks to both Esther and Sarah, those girls are worth their weight in gold, Esther would make sure that I had everything I needed. Esther and Sarah would bring in the papers for me everyday and Pat the Porter on the days that the neither girls were working. I have never been treated so well. They also kept the place spotless
