"Nurse practitioner brilliant "

The nurse practitioner listens and explains as she continues. She doesn’t give the impression that you’re running out of time.

Unfortunately the experience I have had since the practice changed with doctor’s appointments even trying to get one has not been positive. With the exception of one female doctor. Getting repeat prescriptions is a nightmare and can take up to 2 weeks. I feel it is now ran as a business. When you’re told to contact a consultant to follow up treatment as that’s up to you not the practice. Then told to the practice has a physiotherapist and to make an appointment at reception. Then told be told by the receptionist that there is a waiting list and you will be number 27 along with then been told the physiotherapist is only at the practice every 2 weeks how long will that wait really be? Or is everything the NHS fault.
