"Triple heart bypass"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Cardiac surgery The Ulster Hospital / Ward 5E (Medical cardiology)

(as a service user),

I would like to thank all NHS staff at the Ulster Hospital and the RVH. The care and attention was 100%. Nothing was too much for all staff helping me while I was in hospital awaiting a triple heart bypass. The staff were amazing and they were so nice, I’m so grateful for everything they did for me. The care I received was good and I was kept informed about the tests and the reasons why they were needed.

I would like to thank all the doctors, consultants and heart surgeon, Katie, who performed the triple bypass, I felt at ease when I had my video consultation with Katie and knew I would be in good hands. There is so many staff to name who helped me, so I trust this gets back to all of you and I want to thank everyone for the part they did in my care.
