About: Clydesdale / Health Visiting Clydesdale

(as a service user),

I would like to provide my experience with the Clydesdale Health Visiting Service. 

Laura, who is my allocated HV to myself and newborn daughter (and also formerly to my son), has been and still is so supportive. Her caring, relatable, and sensitive approach has been so valuable, especially during this postpartum stage. She holds consideration to my thoughts and feelings which makes me feel acknowledged and valued as an individual. I can see Laura is very passionate about her role as HV, and shares her knowledge and experience in an open yet sensitive manner. 

From not having great past experiences with HV services, it is a pleasure to have Laura as our HV. Thank you!

Many thanks for taking the time as a busy mum to share your feedback with us.

I was sorry to hear that your previous interaction with the Health Visiting service was not a positive experience for you as a parent.

I am delighted to hear of the positive therapeutic relationship you have with your current Health Visitor, Laura and the person centred approach that Laura has clearly adopted.

I will ensure that I share your lovely feedback with Laura and feel confident that she will be delighted to receive it
