"They were absolutely fantastic"

I went for my dating scan at AMH feeling slightly nervous as this is our 1st baby and we had IVF to get pregnant. My Husband and I arrived and waited for the reception staff to stop their morning chat before we were checked in. 

As we sat waiting to be seen we could hear their whole conversation about  which patients were being seen and which Doctors don't organise their scan list well.- I feel this was quite inappropriate.

When we did get called through by a Sonographer who Im pretty sure was called Amy she was absolutely fantastic. She made my Husband and I feel completely at ease. Explained thoroughly what she was going to do and when she started the scan went straight to check the heart which was such a relief to see it beating away. As she did the rest of the scan she showed us all the different parts of baby and explained what she was checking. She then kindly printed us off a lovely reel of pictures.

I would really appreciate if it can be fed back to her how kind and reassuring she was. I imagine she does numerous scans throughout the day but made us feel as if she was just as excited as we were!!
