"The staff were very kind and reassuring"

About: Belfast Health & Social Care Trust / The Rose Clinic

(as a service user),

I realised I was pregnant 2 days after my missed period. I emailed BPS through the webform on a Friday early afternoon. They contacted me the a couple days later around the same time. I was booked into the clinic the next day. I went home with 2 boxes of seconds pills, some painkillers and a termination test. I brought a tote bag with me - which was useful to carry the prescriptions.

I took the 1st pill in the clinic, and the following pills a few days after. I took the termination test 3 weeks later. It has been successful.

The staff at the clinic were very kind and reassuring. As medically treatments go, this was a very good one.

Thank you so much for taking time to leave this lovely feedback. We're glad you found the service and staff to be kind and reassuring, that is very important to us. We agree with your advice to bring a bag with you, that is always useful. Take care,

The Rose Clinic Team
