"Their kindness made all the difference to our experience"

I would like to express our thanks to the student Gail, and the midwife Emily for the incredible care and support they gave us during our time in the hospital after having our baby boy. 

From the moment we met, Gail went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported.   As a new mum, I was feeling overwhelmed and emotional, but her warmth and reassurance helped me through those tough early days.  She was always there with a kind smile, answering all our questions (no matter how small) and chatting with us to ease our nerves.  Gail was so kind and had a natural ability to comfort, we have no doubt she will make an incredible midwife. 

The midwife Emily was just as fantastic — always cheerful, approachable, and so knowledgeable.  Our son was jaundice and Emily was so supportive.  She explained everything in such a calm and understanding way and reassured us every step of the way.  

We cannot thank them enough. Their kindness made all the difference to our experience, and we will always remember the care they gave to our little family.
