Where do I start about the amazing team in ACU yet again.
The best of the best.
Catherine the sister and Jenny her deputy run a fantastic unit and even stepped up and took patients that couldn't get a ward.
They are so kind, caring and compassionate.
The nurses, doctors and support services all are very welcoming and kind.
There is as always a few stars 🌟 🤩
Danielle, one of the nurses, is out of this world amazing. So kind, caring and nothing is a bother. 10/10. She needs recognised for all her hard work.
Athulya one of the other nurses, great fun, kind and caring. Nothing was an issue. She explained everything in detail and took time with mum who is registered blind.
Jade the nursing assistant senior. So kind and caring. Even making sure I was feed and explained everything in detail to mum. She was even amazing at taking the bloods and putting in the drip.
Stephen the doctor, was so kind. Took time to explain everything to mum and why it is reoccurring. He had an amazing bed side manner and was so patient and professional.
Lastly Munib took time to listen to our concerns, put our minds at rest and really understand. You are a very kind and caring gentleman.
On discharge, mum was advised to come back to ACU. All the staff on her return were the same, kind and caring.
I can't thank the team enough. They was a lot of others that made the experience fantastic but too many to mention.
So thanks to all the team from the bottom of our hearts 💕 💞.
You are the real NHS and deserve recognition for all your hard work and commitment.
We will be forever indebted to you all.
Thanks again we do appreciate you all.
