From start to finish then whole Endoscopy team were excellent. The team rapidly found my sample had an irregular reading then quickly got me in touch with Bolton Royal endoscopy dept who then booked me in for further tests.

I think the NHS sometimes get a bad press for one reason or another so deserve credit when due.

I was booked into Endoscopy dept 06/05/25 for pm appointment and attended room 3.

From reception—Theatre the whole team were friendly informative and very professional and dedicated.

Big mention to the surgeon & staff nurse who looked after me throughout the operation, both kept me informed and put my mind at rest and kept me worry free.
