"Very impressed with the care I received"

I recently attended the Gynaecology Outpatients Colposcopy Clinic at Lincoln County Hospital and was very impressed with the care I received. The staff were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The whole process was handled with sensitivity and respect. Thank you to Harriet, Emma and Ruth for making a potentially daunting experience feel calm and reassuring.
