About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Cardiology (Heart Conditions)

(as a service user),

Recently had to attend day clinic to have a replacement pacemaker fitted.

The procedure was carried out by Dr Deepak Consultant Cardiologist, assisted by Morven the Senior Specialist Nurse and I would just like to say that the care I received was excellent.

I was required to attend the Pacemaker Clinic  for follow up a couple of weeks later and again the standard of care I received from Paul, Service manager and Morven was exceptional. They took time to explain things to me and nothing was a bother despite the fact they had an extremely busy clinic. It is extremely reassuring to have such an excellent team managing my care.
