I have been coming to Patna Day Service for a few years and the things I like the most about this place is the company, staff, activities and the games we play. Coming here not only makes me happy but it makes my girls happy to see me get out the house. 

When you come here its good to know your getting 2 good meals and it is a good wee day out from being stuck in the house. I love it when the school kids come in because they just light up the place. 

I think it would be helpful if there was a wee reminder board where we can write or stick up wee reminders so we don't forget. I do really like it here because I like to get out and have a bleather.

Hi,

My name is Ally and I manage Older Persons Day Care in East Ayrshire. Its great to hear that you enjoy the social opportunity and activities provided at Patna Day Centre. The intergenerational groups are very popular with children and adults alike!

Thanks also for your suggestion about a reminder board. The day service co-ordinator has started a scrapbook with pictures from Patna Day Centre to remind everyone of what they have done and to record their memories. We will be sure to share this regularly.

Thanks again for taking the time to let us know how we are doing - I will be sure to pass this on to the staff concerned.
