"Excellent care"

About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Admissions Unit 2 (Emergency Surgical) Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I am usually very fit and well, but I had a severe epigastric pain last Wednesday, and reluctantly went to A&E to keep my husband happy.

I was fully prepared to sit and wait for hours and for there to be nothing wrong but I was seen really quickly and had many investigations in a timely manner.

Every single person that I met during this journey, from the receptionist and doctors in A&E, the staff in AU2, and the lovely radiographers doing the X-ray, USS and MRI, were so lovely and professional.
