About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Pulmonary Rehabilitation

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have attended my re-assessment today at  hospital after attending 8 weekly classes of Pulmonary Rehabilitation for my lung condition.

I have found the following beneficial:

learning about my Lung condition

how to manage my condition and breathing 

exercises to help strengthen myself  taking pressure of by breathing

meeting other people with a similar condition 

weekly texts/calls to confirm following weeks app are annoying! can with be cancelled?

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Pulmonary Rehab Service. I'm delighted to hear that you found the course beneficial in learning about your lung condition, managing your breathing, and strengthening yourself through exercises. It's wonderful that meeting others with similar conditions has been helpful as well.

I appreciate your feedback regarding the weekly texts and calls to confirm the following week's appointments. I understand that they can be annoying, especially with a busy schedule. We will certainly look into this and consider alternative ways of working to stop this.
