"Routine check up & phobia of needles"

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Very nervous about my visit today. But the staff was wonderful. Wish I could remember their names. I'm the guy who was scared of needles who has tattoos. Just would like to thank them for being so understanding and made me feel so at ease. Could not fault them and made me so much more comfortable by the end.

Hi Gymguy20,

My name is Andrew and I am a Senior Administrator for the Open Clinic and part of my role is to respond to Care Opinion feedback. I would firstly like to thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback which does mean a lot to our team and is an important contribution to learning and service improvement.

I am pleased that the staff made you feel comfortable and put you at ease even though you have a needle phobia. 😊

Kind regards,

Andrew Garratt, Senior Administrator
