I went through a psychotic episode last year. I felt like I would never feel normal again but thanks to the help of my EIP team and my careers advisor, I finally feel like I fit back into the world.
It was hard for me to feel like I could get a job, but I had massive support from my careers advisor and I finally got an interview when she was present and she helped me prepare on the spot for an interview and she’d helped me with my CV and prepped me for an interview so I was ready to go fortunately.
I’m so grateful for the services I’ve been offered since being ill.
