"Great team"

I attended fern house surgery on 3 consecutive days, 28th - 30th April for various reasons

On 28th I had an ECG appointment and on the 29th a blood test. Also on 29th had a blood check for possible blood clots

On three separate occasions I was seen by three different members of the fern house team and I have to say how excellent and professional they were.

My ECG was late evening and there was no rush, the nurse was excellent in her approach and made me feel at ease. On the next visit 29th blood test, again, the nurse was very good and offered up the opportunity for my pneumonia injection, which she delivered

And on my visit Wednesday, again a different member of the team, who spent the time to listen to my gripes and moans, but made the visit, as with the others so easy

I mentioned this to my GP on the 2nd wen I saw him and hence my review.

Great team and when I am there I listen to people and not derogatory to any one in person, but people just seem to moan for the sake of moaning, so I felt I needed to take the time to praise the team, the surgery and the environment, which is easy, well managed and a credit to the NHS

The three ladies concerned were easy in character, very friendly and made you feel comfortable, as I said, no rush and very polite

I must also acknowledge the attention I was given last week was exceptional on my health and wellbeing, I'm not going through a great time at the moment, but their interaction, including my Drs professional concern, does make me feel like everyone is doing what they can and should be recognised as such

Excellent team from start to finish and thank you for that little extra care, which goes a long way, but doubt it is very often recognised
